The best tanning machine I’ve ever used

I am a regular customer at this solarium and honestly the situation is quite frustrating. There are always many people waiting to use the same machine, while the other three, which are older, are hardly used. It’s obvious that customers prefer the more modern machine, so it would make sense for the place to update the equipment instead of having people waiting for long periods every time they come.

In addition, the attitude of one of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions her behaviour has been quite unpleasant and unprofessional, which is not acceptable when you are dealing with customers.

If both the facilities and the customer service are not taken care of, it’s normal that customers will start looking for other places. I hope these comments are taken seriously and that something is done to improve the service.
