The constructions began 2004 and was completed by 2011 developed by the Tiger properties. From Marian Pinnacle it takes roughly 15 minutes to Dubai mall and 5 minutes to the palm. The Tower is located in the heart of marina opposite the highest residential building the Princess tower with over.

We are located on the left side of main entrance.
