Our story
The first studio in Dubai Media City.
megaSun Lounge opened the doors to the Middle East's first ever exclusive indoor tanning studio at the end of 2009, in Dubai Media City. Critics said Dubai was the wrong city — too much sun, too easy a beach. We saw it differently. Dubai's reality is air-conditioned offices, sealed glass towers, and skin almost never met by real, measured sunlight.
So we built the opposite. A studio where exposure is calibrated, advised, and honest. Where every session begins with a skin assessment, not a register. Where Vitamin D is not a slogan, it's the point.

The idea is born.
Two years of research into KBL, Ergoline and the science of safe, calibrated indoor tanning.
2009
FoundingThe first megaSun opens in Dubai Media City.

Mirdif branch opens.
The second studio. East Dubai gets its own quiet flagship.
2013
First franchise contract in DIFC. Jumeirah opens.
Beach Park Plaza joins. The lounge crosses Sheikh Zayed Road for the first time.

Downtown Dubai & first Abu Dhabi branch.
Souk Al Manzil opens. megaSun crosses into the capital for the first time.
