These Terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of packages, memberships, and services from megaSun Lounge (registered at Shop 21, Jumeirah Beach Park Plaza, Jumeirah 2, Dubai, UAE). Contact: info@megasunlounge.com, +971 4 344 5363.

By using this site or buying any service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Health & Safety Guidelines. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any tanning service. Valid government ID (Emirates ID, passport, or driver's license) is required at first visit.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. The same prices apply online and in studio. Minute packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Memberships run for the term you select and auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before the end of term. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

A contract is formed when you complete payment and receive an order confirmation. A VAT-compliant tax invoice is emailed automatically. Keep it for your records.

Payments are processed by a UAE-licensed PCI-DSS payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that method.

Sessions must follow the safety rules posted in each lounge and on /safety. UV-blocking eyewear is mandatory. Outdoor lotions or oils are not permitted on our beds. We may refuse or suspend service where, in our reasonable judgement, doing so protects your health, our staff, or other clients.

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy. In short: starter kits, used minutes, and consumed sessions are non-refundable. Memberships cancel with 30 days' notice.

Tanning involves UV exposure, which carries risks (see /safety). To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

All content on this site (text, photography, the megaSun Lounge brand) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable law of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Consumers may also refer disputes to the UAE Ministry of Economy's consumer-protection mechanism.

We may amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
