Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to glow, not regret. This policy sets out clearly, before purchase, when refunds are and aren't available — as required by UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Minute packages are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable once any minute has been used. Unused packages may be refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase, less any administrative fee disclosed at checkout. Minutes do not roll over after the validity window.

Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to info@megasunlounge.com. The membership remains active during the notice period; no pro-rata refund of paid terms is issued. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be paused or frozen.

Starter kits and retail products (lotions, eyewear, etc.) are non-refundable once opened. Sealed retail items may be returned in original condition within 7 days with proof of purchase.

If, after purchase, a documented medical reason prevents you from using our services for the remainder of the validity period, contact info@megasunlounge.com with supporting documentation. We will offer a fair solution — typically a credit, an extension, or a partial refund of unused value — at our reasonable discretion.

If we cannot deliver a session you have booked due to an issue on our side (equipment failure, closure), we will reschedule, credit, or refund the affected session at your choice.

Email info@megasunlounge.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Items purchased under a promotional offer may carry different terms, which will be stated clearly at the point of sale and prevail over this policy for that item.
